Why Google access is requested
With an account holder’s authorization, the portal searches connected Gmail messages and attachments for load, driver and purchase information. It can send operational messages, apply intake labels and update connected broker spreadsheets where the relevant permissions are granted.
Gmail and spreadsheet permissions are requested through Google’s consent screen. Connecting a mailbox does not make its contents public.
AI assists with intake and review
Relevant email text, PDFs and images may be sent to OpenAI’s API to extract or classify information for visible portal features. Authorized staff review prepared records and proposed changes. Explicitly enabled, limited location-reply workflows can run automatically under dispatch’s configured permissions.
Read how information is handled →Access & oversight
The operational portal uses sign-in and role-based access. Authorized staff manage company connections, review documents and maintain operational history. Drivers, dispatch, shop and inventory staff receive access appropriate to their role.
