Terms of use
These terms govern use of MPG Operations and its public information pages, operated for MPG Madean Trucking LLC and MPG Express LLC (“MPG”). They describe the rules for authorized software use. They do not replace freight contracts, employment agreements, purchase agreements or other separately agreed business terms.
1. Authorized business access
The operational portal is available only to users authorized by MPG. Use the account assigned or approved for your work, respect role restrictions and do not share access outside the authorized workflow. MPG may change or remove access when responsibilities change, employment or a business relationship ends, or access creates a security concern.
2. Responsibility for records and actions
Enter accurate information and review the load, company, driver, equipment, quantities, recipients and supporting documents before confirming an action. Do not mark a pickup or delivery complete unless it has actually occurred and you are authorized to record it. Do not record an inventory movement, physical count, charge or payment reference unless it reflects the action or evidence you intend to document.
Audit records may identify the account that created, changed, reviewed or sent information. A check number or payment annotation does not by itself prove payment cleared. A document image, extracted field or GPS observation is evidence for review, not a guarantee of accuracy.
3. AI and automated features
AI features help read documents, classify messages and prepare operational suggestions. They can miss or misread details. Review the source and proposed values before saving a record, accepting changes, finalizing pay or preparing billing.
Some features can run automatically when enabled by authorized personnel, including intake checks and limited location replies under configured permissions. The person enabling a workflow is responsible for selecting appropriate settings and reviewing exceptions. An automated location observation does not establish arrival, pickup, unloading or delivery.
4. Communications and connected accounts
Only connect Google accounts, office folders or other services you are authorized to use for the selected purpose. Sending a broker or driver message, sharing documents or changing a broker worksheet must be within your authority. Verify recipients and load associations. Review failures and uncertain delivery results before retrying to avoid duplicates.
You can disconnect supported integrations or revoke Google access. Google and other providers may limit, suspend or require renewal of their authorization. Features depending on a disconnected service may become unavailable.
5. Permitted use
Use MPG Operations for legitimate fleet and business work. Do not bypass permissions, misuse another person’s credentials, upload material you are not entitled to process, introduce harmful content or use the service to disclose personal or company information without authorization.
6. Documents, confidentiality and privacy
Company and third-party records remain subject to applicable ownership, confidentiality and business obligations. Keep rate confirmations, driver documents, personal information and other restricted records within approved workflows. The privacy policy explains Google access, AI processing, storage, sharing and privacy requests.
7. Availability and corrections
The software, connected services and AI features may have errors, interruptions or delays. They do not replace required safety checks, actual delivery confirmation, professional accounting review or other legally required procedures. Report incorrect information or a security issue promptly. Use an approved alternative process when a necessary feature is unavailable and reconcile the record afterward.
8. Changes and support
MPG may update functionality and these terms as operations change. Material changes will be identified by an updated effective date and communicated where appropriate. Contact safety@mpgtrucking.com for questions about access, these terms, privacy or application support.
